s'mores for the win! {recipe roundup}

Any time I have the opportunity to sit around a campfire, I break out the marshmallow, graham crackers and chocolate. Yes, it’s all about those s’mores. My sister-in-law and I have perfected s’mores making around the campfire – we can whip out perfectly toasted, melty s’mores like a high-efficiency production line (you know, if there was ever a need for something like that).

Recently, I’ve been experimenting with my tried-and-true traditional s’mores. Some basic substitutions turned out FANTASTIC (like subbing in Caramilk bars for the every-trusty Jersey Milk) and some are definitely adults-only (like dipping the marshmallows in Bailey’s before toasting). But what about desserts that are s’mores, but aren’t? Ones that are inspired by this summer favourite?
