Dec 10, 2012 | cookies & bars, desserts & sweets, in the kitchen, recipes

Christine is one of my favourite Twitter friends and I’m happy to share her cookie recipe today. Christine and I originally connected because we’re both Canadian Beef Ambassadors, but we definitely have more in common than just our love of good beef!...

Dec 9, 2012 | cookies & bars, desserts & sweets, in the kitchen, recipes

Amanda is fun and funky and her blog is full of pretty things that I LOVE. I love browsing around and getting ideas for things I need to buy (or ask someone to buy for me – LOL). Besides being able to bake wicked cookies, Amanda is a talented artist –...

Dec 8, 2012 | cookies & bars, desserts & sweets, in the kitchen, recipes

Dec 5, 2012 | cookies & bars, desserts & sweets, in the kitchen, recipes

Selina and I connected on Twitter over a photo of gon chow ngau ho (dry stir-fry beef flat rice noodles) and we’ve been Twitter pals ever since. We have so much in common (besides our love of food) and she’s one of the nicest people I’ve met since I...

Last year I discovered mochi doughnuts & fell in love with these amazing, chewy rings of goodness from @modohawaii (which was conveniently located next door to our hotel 🙌🏼)
