It’s no secret that I’m a huge fan of Canadian Beef. I have always loved beef in all its forms, and the love just increased after I become a food blogger and started spending more time in the kitchen (and on the grill!).
After launching kitchen frolic, one of my first blogging jobs was as one of the Canadian Beef Ambassadors. That experience allowed me to connect with fellow beef lovers across Canada, but also helped broaden my knowledge, both about the meat itself and about where my food comes from.
I’m so happy that I live in a country that produces some of the best beef in the world – Paul and I have seen Canadian beef proudly proclaimed on restaurant menus during our travels to Hong Kong, Cuba and London!
Although Paul and I grill all year round, summer is when our BBQ gets the most use. One of our favourite meals is a good ol’ cheeseburger and we almost always make our burger patties from scratch.
