Anyone spending time in the kitchen knows that knife skills are incredibly important. Of course, vegetables like carrots and potatoes are easy to tackle, but what about those vegetables that aren’t as easy to manage? There are so many wonderful vegetables to choose from, so this infographic is a great way to ensure you’re getting the most from some of the trickier vegetables at the market.

Another reason that cutting vegetables properly is important – the more you you can take off the vegetable, the less you’ll waste!
